This Return Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for ExamAnchor paid plans.
Digital service notice
ExamAnchor is a digital subscription product. We do not ship physical goods, so traditional returns do not apply.
Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- No additional billing is charged after cancellation takes effect.
Refund eligibility
We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law or where we determine a billing error has occurred.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge date with your account email and transaction details. We will review and resolve valid billing issues.
Duplicate charges
Confirmed duplicate payments for the same billing cycle will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment gateway timing
Where a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment provider and bank. This usually takes 5-14 business days.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date.
