Educational purpose and accuracy

ExamAnchor is an educational support tool. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use results in your studies and exams.

Intellectual property

ExamAnchor and its software, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Past paper and exam-board materials remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for educational purposes.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers (including AWS and Google services). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, or service security requirements have been violated.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamAnchor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or academic outcomes arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
